Atiq, a dear lovely fren :)
Allah SWT said,
“If you never felt pain or experienced
problems, how would you know I’m The Healer?”
“If you never made a mistake, how would you know I’m The
Forgiver?”
“If you were never hurt, how would you know I am The
Comforter?”
“If your life was perfect, then why would you need Me?”
(Hadith Qudsi)
*Take care Ayush sayang. If you need a friend to talk to
ayush, kita ada okay. Insya-Allah, Kuat tau, awak mampu! Insya-Allah, kita
sama2 doa ya, so that both of us can excel this @_*
*taska sweet memories... Graduation day 2011~
Atiq………. I miss you!!!!!!
Manipal- A walk to remember :)
I’ll be going to Manipal soon! Wee~ Atiq n Ninie, here I
come syg! This will be the first time I go to Manipal.
*pictures are coming up!!*
We waited for the bus near the ‘Ramluv’ Hotel. I could not
wait to ride the sleeper coach bus! So, after walking for quite a distance,
meeting some doggies, crossing the hectic road, Alhamdulillah, we finally
settled down in the bus at around 8.30pm (which is supposed to depart at
7.30pm). Pity on Nik Khaidir, he had fever so he could not go for this Lagenda.
Due to the Khaidir’s condition, we got extra sleeper. Ain
chose to be on the single bed so I got the chance to stay on the double bed
ALONE! Haha…I felt like I was staying in a bungalow! After the bus moved, i
performed the Isyak prayer. I thought of Solat Witir but, my head was spinning
around and I had cold sweat so badly. Thus I decided to lie down.
It was an adventurous, long 10 hours++ journey to Manipal, a
new environment, a new excitement.
As the bus stopped by some stations, I woke up. Nearly to
arrive, I decided to take a few meaningful glimpse to my CNS note….huh…I had
brought them all the way to Manipal, so I got no choice except to at least have
a few glance on them, rite? So, I read a few pages of Spinal Cord slides. Just
a few….haha…
We arrived at the Tiger Circle at around 6.10am. We quickly
grabbed an auto and headed to the New International Hostel. I called Ninie to
pick us up. She told us that she wanted to ‘seludup’ us at first, knowing that the guards were a bit
strict. But Alhamdulillah, without Ninie, we managed to ‘escape’ from the
guards. Such a sweet escape, Belgaumies!!! I met my lovely Ninie at the lobby
and later we headed to her room.
Ninie owns such a sweet, cute room. She loves to cook J I waited for my cutey
Atiq to come, and soon…. Tada!!! She appeared! I was indescribably happy and
touched that I felt like I was having a reunion with my KMBian girls! Oh ya,
Ain Zaffira was there with all of us J
I immediately perform Subuh prayer and prepared myself for the 7.30am match!
*thank u so much for the awesome breakfast, roti jala n
super pinky comforter! Haha… n thx Atiq for ironing my cloth!!!
I booked an auto, thinking that the auto that was supposed
to come failed to do so. But as the autos called by Atiq arrived, I offered the
auto to a sister nearby…
“Akak, akk tgah tunggu auto ke?”
“Aah.”
“Oh,akk amek lah auto ni. Saya tertahan auto ni.”
“Eh.tak. akk tgah tunggu suami akk.”
“….Suuuuaamiii…oh..ok..sori2.”
Gulp. ‘Suami’? (Husband) Haha..such an unfamiliar word to be
heard in Belgaum, but so familiar in Manipal, they say.
Ok, after we got surprised by the magic word ‘suami’
(husband), we headed to the court. We thought that we were already late but
actually, *krikkk, krikkk*
At the Nehru Court, there were only four of us and four
dogs. We stared at the dogs, and the dogs also stared at us. Haha…
I found out that the ring of the basket was a bit different
compared to usual one. And even the court measurement is not according to
standard. We realised that we gotta work harder.
In the afternoon, Ninie kindly invited us to have our lunch
at the Medan Selera, an Indian restaurant that serves Malay food. This was the
first time I ate the fish!!!!!! Subhanallah. It was simply, AMAZING! Nyum3 J
After that we headed to the library and the campus shop.
Well, the library is huge but unfortunately public could not enter.
At 4pm, we experienced an adventurous 30minutes journey to
the hanging bridge. It was situated at outskirt of Manipal. We crossed the
hanging bridge and later we rode the ‘sampan’. This was again my first time
having a ride on the ‘sampan’!
*I touched the water… Tenang…aman damai. Subhanallah.
Tenangkanlah hatiku sebagaimana tenangnya sungai ni…
*dah macam ala2 Venice kan? :)
*See? The choco chips are ‘gedabak’!
It was time to go home. Tiara joined us at the Snack Shake
near the Tiger Circle. We had a marvellous dinner there. Thanks Atiq sweetheart
for your kindly treat! There was a lovely dish there named ‘potato lovers’…
must try if u are in manipal, ok?
I was waiting for the bus no.29 to arrive. I was about to go
inside the bus, I gave a farewll hug to Atiq, and I cried. At last, I cried. I
hugged Ninie, then Tiara….and I kept on crying. They knew the reason I cried.
In the midst of the hectic studies, I definitely need a warm hug from someone.
I was so grateful that Allah had given me the chance to have friends like Atiq,
Ninie and Tiara.
As I was in the bus, she texted me,
“Ayush, u gonna be just fine ok. Jgn risau. Sleep well!”
Tears rolling down…
On my way to Belgaum, we passed a lot of Belgaum’s morning
haze! So cold!
I did not aim for a win in this Lagenda, but I do hope for self-progress. Well, after the game, these were what I learned…
*As a team:
1) Should practice MORE!
2) Passing
3) Grab our ball tightly
4) Find the free space away from our opponents
5) take care of our ‘diamond’
*As for myself:
1) Be MORE CONFIDENT while doing fast break, control the speed n just shoot!
2) Just try the 3-pointer or rebound!!!!! (should be more risk-taker sayang!)
I realised that honestly, my tawakal to Allah was less on that day. This was one of my mistakes. Because in everything that we do, we have to put tawakal to Allah. We only strive, but all the tawakal goes to Allah.
Alhamdulillah, at 7.30am, we arrived at our campus, rushed to the 8am class!
Thanks Ninie sweet sayang for the first class room, roti
jala, jalan2 around Manipal, constructive advice, warm hugs and simply
everything!
me+ninie!
Thanks Tiara pretty sayang for waiting, welcoming me in Manipal, posing sana sini, your kind motivated words, warm hugs n everything!
me+tiara
Thanks Atiq cutie sayang for your help to iron my cloth, the Nokia charger, the Snake Shake, the comfort hugs n everything!
Thank you Allah, for the great memories….
