books,books,lovely books!

you know, i have an aim to READ  a lot during my holiday.

this is what i am supposed to read,
since I am an informal mathe teacher now..(i have to revise!)

this is what i am planning to read,
the issue is so great!!!!! subhanallah.. iman is a sweet piece in our heart ;)

this is what i am reading now..
haha.

it is written by saifulislam ;)
i still remember i gave a weird, annoyed, but a bit of interested at this book when i saw it for my first time in popular.
but now i am reading it...huhu
this book is like a very useful and meaningful kit to the teenagers about marriage life!
This book does not explain like what has our mind imagined!
It is very REALISTIC! and REFLECTIVE!
Spare some times for this book, ok?
you will be more matured!

What a repo of a new mathe teacher!

huh...lately internet connection got some problems.
so, many posts are being 'delayed' (ceh.bajet je)
for now,
I AM ALSO A TEACHER!
wow. there are now 5 teachers in my house.
abah, umi, kak ji, fuza and I.
what am i teaching?
Mathematics.
Wowowowowow rite?
but alhamdulillah it is PMR. phewww.
if Addmathe, come on, I think I got no choice except to stay up and revise the thick, pink Oxford Fajar SUCCESS Add Mathe SPM.

But the first day had shown my not-so-good true colour,
My nails were quite LONG and UNCUT!
Oh my. And my students are from the religious school who I believe that they will never 'bela' long nails...aiyoyo
and what makes me more terrified,
there is turmeric powder inside my nails.
it can be either,
1) wow, rajennye my new mathe teacher!
or
2) Eeeeww...what was that?
*i hope they will think like the first one.
Please Alllah, the first one...huhu

Subhanallah

i read solusi once.
"Kenapa kita kena mencintai Allah?"
"Kerana Allah yang paling mencintai kita"
sweet :)

we love ourselves,
our mom and dad love us more,
but Allah loves us MOST.
Subhanallah.

helping out mom and dad and errr the whole house

Sometimes, when we got bored of doing house chores,
we will sigh and mourn..bla3....
sometimes, I even say something like,
"it is unfair that the kids are instructed to do this and that.."
(kinda unsatisfied with the tasks given by mom and dad)

BUT!
did u know how was the care and service your mom and dad had given you since you were so tiny minie small little baby until you can grow and become a healthy person (alhamdulillah) now?
Subhanallah.
Mom and dad had given me...
A FIRST CLASS CARE AND SERVICE!
so, how could you claim something like that?

*mom gave me this as a birthday present once

I remember that once I thought of committing suicide because i was so bored with my regular job- washing the dishes.
astaghfirullah.
May Allah forgive me.

So, this holiday, i want to change myself!
to be a BETTER daughter to my mom and dad
a BETTER gurl in my family
insya-Allah
:D

Allah is the MOST KIND of all :)

Klang, i'm coming!

Insya-Allah.
Tomorrow, my sweet sister and I will depart for Klang..haha
for a pre departure program
May Allah bless our effort and protect us :)

so, let us be someone who reminds others of Allah :)
*mujahadah*muhasabah*

kini aku sedar

rasenye dah lama jugak aku hanyut dengan k-pop
k-drama, k-wave n stuffs.
adore celeb2 korea.

oh.
hakikat sebenarnye,
aku minat nasyid.
ntah even aku dah minat k-pop,
aku tetap dengan nasyid.
dengarlah bnde2 yg baik dlm dunia ni,
semoga Allah merahmati
hamba-Nya yang kerdil ini.

nice shot!

one of my most beautiful shots!

roses are red,
violets are blue,
sugar is sweet,
and so are u!
:)

just a peek!

found this when i was in elly's room,
Subhanallah.

Allah is always be there for us.
But how 'always' are we being with Allah?

loving somebody?

i think, it is quite obvious that,
our feeling of 'love' towards human being is absolutely temporary.
until insya-Allah, He meets us with our soul mate.
but prior to that,
'liking' or 'loving' someone won't last that long.
seriously.
in one time, u like this person. in another time u maybe like someone else. and maybe at the same time, you like somebody who out of nowhere he came into your life.

i realise that wedding dress always caught my eyes whenever i went to the silk store.
and latest, i went for Nagoya with my mom for some 'baju raya' (haha...so excited for this upcoming Ramadhan and  Syawal!)
look, what i got!

haha...
perempuan2...
i believe that my favourite programs now are 'Mahligai Cinta' and 'Nona'
especially when they talk about weddings and marriages.
well, i'm not that excited to get married honestly.
but, when i look at married couple, i always think about ONE BIG thing..
RESPONSIBILITIES.
you want to get married now?
are you well prepared to be someone's wife or a mom?
marriage is not that simple.
marriage is a HUGE thing.
so, THINK!

when i was form 4 in tgb, i was struggling hard with my friends to adapt with the new subjects, environment and stuffs.
we got tensed so we loved to yell,
"Aku nak kawen!"
and some screamed,
"siapa nak kawen ngan aku?"
and even more worrying...
"kau nak kawen ngan aku x?"
haha..
kids. immature.
i started to understand, marriage is NOT that simple.
it is about your future, a brand new life with a brand new role.

my twin

been missing this gurl.
May Allah bless u always,
Nurul Atiqah Mohd Yusof.

missing our old days
the bittersweet in tgb :)

life......

life is not that simple
life is challenging
Allah does not want u to let go of Him
Don't lose hope
Insya-Allah, everything will be just fine.
Amin

think!

it is true right? :)

so, let us pray hard to Allah.
remember that prayer (solat) can avoid us from doing bad things in this life.
so, if we still do bad things, even though we do pray to Allah....check back our solat, are we 'really' perform prayers? or we 'just' pray?

no matter what had happened in our yesterdays,
we must keep moving on!
that is what matter the most.

oh my classmates!- KMB

Everyone loves their classmates, right?
so do I!! (hands up on the air)
we might come from different background and have different attitudes.
But alhamdulillah, we managed to stick together until the end.
A brief flashback during my school days.
Here comes KMB stories first k?

This was the result of our G4 project!
G4 project= a type of project regarding science subjects like Physics, Biology or Chemistry
we can do experiment or research.

We were very determined to do our best since we did badly for our Malay Language Literature Exhibition.
When everyone worked so hard, it pays.
we won 2nd place for this! not bad, right?
believe that: WHEN THERE IS A WILL, THERE ARE WAYS! :D

Here we were in the lab. Struggling over a cow's heart.
"Girls, where is the aorta? show me? is that? emmm i don't think so..." :D

While the girls were working on that heart, i was actually acting "a scene in the operation room" haaha

"We are now in operation room 1 where the doctors are struggling hard to work on this heart of an obese child. This is the first cardiac operation involving fat elimination around the heart. Bla bla bla. That is all from me for now. I will report you soon in an hour."
Am i good?

This is one of my collection of pretty shots.
Take a look!

i think this can be a cover album :)

Having them as my classmates is a blessing for me.
We support each others.
We listen to each others.
KMB taught me a lot on friendship.
still remember?
we stayed up, we did our lab report together, g4, ee, world lit, tok, ia bms and etc, we laughed, we cried, we're hurt, we're happy,
friendship is absolutely a meaningful, beautiful thing.
and your friendship means a lot to me.
May our friendship is blessed. Amin

my gurls!

i guess 'my lil gurls' rite now are so busy with their IB life.
ok, 'my lil gurls' is specially dedicated to my five beloved juniors in KMB.
and sometimes i called them as "usrah x5".
('usrah'= family)
We started to know each other when i was in semster3 and they were in their first junior sem.
Being a 'kakak naqibah' was quite a challenging and tough job.
But i enjoyed myself because i love to share my stories.
errr...or honestly, i love to talk!
so, rather than talking nonsense and useless things, why don't i talk something useful?
something important?
something that is close to our hearts.
then i decide, 'we have to talk about Allah'
so i said to myself, 'i gotta talk about Him more often than before'

while this picture is taken, one already went home and another one was missing in action...
(never mind, we will have another shot next time k?)
i have a confession!
You guys have made me stronger.
Your warm smiles lightened up my heart.
Your sincere laughters brightened up my days.

i hope that these 'my lil gurls' will always be tough
be strong
and May Allah ease you guys in this path ok?
i miss 'makbit' hehe
(*the actual word is 'mabit'= sleep and have the qiamulail together)

so, whatever happens,
don't be sad.
don't be afraid.
Allah is ALWAYS with you.
Lap u 4eva! :D

*a dedication to be made- i dedicate "MY LITTLE GIRL sang by Maher Zain for u guys.
change 'dad' to 'sister' ok? :D

the arrival of blessed Ramadhan

Are we prepared?

KOKI :Kota Kinabalu, here i come!

now..not kundasang anymore. lets go to KOKI!
*very familiar place with very2 fresh and most importantly, cheap fish and seafood! (i guess due to the open sea and the strong competition.. :D )
# did u know Allah mentioned in the Quran regarding fish and seafood? Haa! try to take a deep look into An-Nahl verses 14. (16:14)
"Dan Dia-lah yang menundukkan lautan (untukmu) agar kamu dapat memakan daging yang segar (ikan) darinya.."

ok.this picture above was the cooked version...

-my dad told me one day that the fish's price is so high recently. Couldn't believe my ears, i went to the wet market one evening with my mom. after some prawns, 'kembung', 'kerapu' (grouper) and tenggiri, taddaa!!! RM80+.
come on. seriously? wow. Because of this rocket-price, our family are taking extra care to our food nowadays.
Make sure there is no leftover to be wasted.
and
make sure your plate or bowl is super clean! ..exception for the chicken and fish bones.
wow! i got carried away by my high-price-fish story...
never mind. fish is popular in Sabah, rite? haha

This is another shot at the Natural Village...there were many traditional Sabahan houses and unique utensils.
Just don't wear heels here ok? ('lecak' and the gap between the stairs or floor of the wooden houses might cause you to go back shoe-less..ok?

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Lets take a walk on a hanging bridge across the lake! (just a short one dude! no pressure!)

KUNDASANG is a super refreshing place! Part2

Before i forget, to reach Kundasang, we gotta face a challenging, slim road with sharp corners!
You may feel a little bit dizzy, but believe me, as you reach there, it was a rewarding journey! :D
As you climb the hills to reach Kundasang, remember to always gulp your saliva because the air pressure will keep increasing.

One fine day, we went to Desa Cattle, where you can find fresh milk from the cows.
Take a look on what i got!

It was the famous peak of Mount Kinabalu!
But it was quite foggy around the peak that day.
Wow... how great is Allah's creation.
Mount Kinabalu was a rocky mountain. It is not the green one or the snowy one.
So wonderful. It awed many visitors there.
Subhanallah.

KUNDASANG is a super refreshing place :) Part1

Kundasang is a special place where we can see the panoramic Mount Kinabalu!
it was cold! nearly 14 degree Celcius, i guess!
we stayed in the beautiful Kiram's Village.
wow! here it is!

this was full moon. actually, we saw the colours of rainbow around the moon! it was subhanallah, indescribably awesome!

nice rite?
i will post another amazing things in Kundasang and Kota Kinabalu ok?

ChAnGe!

Most of us are thinking of changing ourselves.
to better.
so, NOW is the time.
What is tho most important moment in our life?
it is not when we got married.
it is not when we got our degree.
but it is NOW.
so this fish emm... i was so bad at frying. old days, my fried fish will turn black, full of unhealthy carbon on it.
or maybe, its skin glued on the frying pan or wok which then made my hands trembling.
whenever it comes to frying, i will hands up and prefer other no-need-to-fry dish.
we believe in PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT, rite?
yesterday i challenged myself.
i prayed a lot and i used my instinct.
Alhamdulillah, it turned up to be WONDERFUL!
the colour, the taste, the texture..AWESOME!

# i just learned the ways to have a wonderful fried fish!
FRIED FISH
-larger fire than the chicken
-make sure the oil is hot enough
-control the fire 'wisely'... (accordingly)
-as we turn over the fish, the other 'new' side will take less time to be fried.
and lastly,
some people say we should listen carefully- if the water from the fish is already dried, it may sound a bit ‘quiet’ than before…but I am not good at this. So, may advice is, just
FOLLOW YOUR INSTINCT guys...it is from Allah ;D

My status now!

There are 4 teachers in my family now.
2 veteran, senior college teachers.
2 immature, young kindergarten teachers.
so now,
i'm declaring myself as FULL-TIME HOUSEWIFE.
noted. FIGHT! :D

kitchen is the place where now i belong. huhu

the BIG wedding! picture

this is the table for 'makan beradab'
(the bride and groom will eat here!)
simple and sweet, right?
and i gotta bring the food from the kitchen to put on the empty table ok? :)
i hope that the short-walking distance can at least burn some calories..hehe

the BIG wedding! part1- the story of cucumbers

last saturday, my lovely neighbour got married in a fabulous event.
mabrook2! :) congratulations to her.
but, you don't know what had happened behind the scene.
jeng3...
as the closest neighbour, my family and i went to her house to offer some help. we went there for 'merewang'.
merewang = the preparation before the wedding - cutting the onions, cucumbers and stuffs.
and there you go!
due to shortage of man force, we gotta work like a super-speed robot.
and almost 3 hours of sitting while cutting cucumbers, i got backpain.
i guess the my sisters and the mid-age aunties felt the same way!
oh seriously, i developed myself into a
PROFESSIONAL CUCUMBER CUTTER.
or maybe a TT.
not the Audi TT. But the
TIMUN TERMINATOR. :)
i am a person who love to take things in the other way round.
i always seek for the lesson or reflection behind the things that i do.
So, having this backpain taught me that we are not 'super strong'.
A sharp knife can cut our finger in a friction. we get hurt and we will cry.
An A4 paper can also cut our finger.
An even a dust can make us blind.
Everything is possible in this world as long as He allows it to happen.
So, we are not that strong actually.
our mood change when we got sick. even it is only flu, fever, headache or stomachache.
Of all the body parts that He had given to us, we gotta to use it properly.
we will never know that one day, He might take them back from us.
So, do good things with our eyes, ears, mouth, tongue, hands, feet and all.
Taking care of the heart is the most important thing.   :)
We are not that strong.
Be grateful. Be humble.
to Him and everyone. :D
